At W.H.I. RENOVATIONS, we believe that a successful renovation begins with a clear understanding of your needs and expectations. Our consultation service is designed to help you get started by offering a thorough explanation of our services and outlining the path ahead. For an initial fee of $185.00, our design team will meet with you to assess your renovation goals, answer your questions, and explain how our process works. (Average Initial Meeting Time-2hours) After the initial consultation, we charge an hourly rate with a signed design and/or pre-construction agreement to focus on developing and designing your project from scratch. This time allows us to create a tailored pre-construction plan that includes a preliminary estimate, helping you understand the market and how your vision aligns with the scope of the project. Our consultation service ensures that you have a clear roadmap for your renovation, giving you confidence in both the design process and the final outcome.
